Refund & Returns Policy

Every Herpaxe order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your snake hook or tongs arrive faulty, or the tool is not what you expected, we replace it or refund you.
How it works
- Email contact@snake-hook.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue. A photo or a short description helps us sort it faster.
- We confirm the return address and you send the item back by mail.
- Once it arrives, we refund you to your original payment method.
Faulty on arrival
If a tool is defective when it reaches you, tell us before shipping anything back. In most cases we resolve it directly with a replacement or a refund and you keep the trip to the post office.
What we ask
Return the item in a condition that still allows us to identify it as ours, ideally with its packaging. A hook that has been used on a snake is fine; that is what it is for, and it is the only way you can know whether it suits your animals.
Refunds are issued to the card or wallet used at checkout and appear according to your bank's own timing. Delivery windows are on our shipping policy page, and anything else goes to our contact page.
