Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, delivery takes 8-10 business days in total from the day you order.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email contact@snake-hook.com and we chase it up with the carrier.

Where we ship

We ship to 18 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. This list matches exactly what our checkout accepts, so an address outside it cannot be completed at payment. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

If something goes wrong

A parcel that is lost or damaged in transit is our problem to solve, not yours. Tell us and we replace the order or refund it under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Anything else goes to our contact page, where we reply within 24 hours.
