These terms govern your use of snake-hook.com (operated as Herpaxe, published by Animouf LLC, Wyoming, USA) and any purchase you make. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in USD and include applicable product costs; shipping is free unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Products
Products are provided "as is" for everyday consumer use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Safe use
Our tools are sold for handling small and mid-size non-venomous snakes within the size limits published on each product page. They are not sold for venomous work, which is a trained discipline regulated in many states. You are responsible for using the tools within those limits and in line with the laws that apply where you live.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc.
